Hotel is very dated, the outside areas are very pretty and the pools looked nice. It is lots of walking to the main building, but easy to walk through each building. The first day my ac went out and was blowing hot air, maintenance fixed it quickly. There was also not much hot water, showers were cold. The shower curtain smelled of mildew and the towels were frayed. There were lots of stains on the hall carpets. One of our rooms had the fire alarm hanging off the wall, bathroom door was broken and locked you in, stains on the walls, and stains in the shower. The hotel is too expensive to be this run down.

Palm Springs Holiday
We booked this hotel for Christmas Eve as traveling for the holidays. Check in was detailed and easy. There is plenty of parking as the property is very large. The room was good at first glance but after exploring it was very dirty. There was hair in the shower. The rooms are carpeted with multiple stains and spills. The bathroom has dirt in the corners. It was extremely noisy with people yelling and partying in the hallway past midnight. I tried to call down the front desk to report the noise but no one answered. The lobby and coffee shop was very nice, the rooms did not match that level.

Palm to my chagrin
Old wore out and completely 100% inconvenient. Rooms were hard to get to poorly accessible and sparse furnishings. The handicap parking was at least 100 yards from the elevator. The bathroom was a mess, the tile and the toilet or were worn out and in desperate need of repair toilet Bentley flushed in the shower was open without a full enclosure so water got all over the bathroom floor. We’ve been on a 10 Day Rd. trip and this was by far, without a doubt, the worst hotel in 10 nights. Other guests in the loony were lodging complaints, and the staff didn’t seem concerned or even remotely try to accommodate the unhappy guests. In fact the two young ladies were quite rude.

Hotel room was clean and spacious and affordable. However, the hotel is in some sort of weird transition back to the Riviera from its Margaritaville phase. Decor has leftover parrot head theme. Will be interesting to see if they remodel? Need to ensure that there are pool towels as we called a few times and they didn’t bring any.

I had a tough year and wanted the blue sky and sun in Palm Springs. I stayed at the Riveria years before and had a good time and this time it was even better. The hotel was empty for a guest that was great two days we literally had the pool to ourselves - the staff were so genuine and friendly it was a treat - especially the servers - Jose - Denise - Thaina and Vanessa all were outstanding they made us feel like family. We actually had all our meals at the hotel because of them the good food and no wait reservations will be back again at some point

Nice place but needs some upgrades and care
Spa hot tub and waterfall tub were cold Limited staff , not sure because of winter season. Shower hot water was warm at best. Under new owner. We will see how and what they will do. Prices of rooms fare
