Was the most expensive hotel we stayed in all week - and we were in Victoria and Campbell river previously. The room smelled like smoke, the comforter was ripped and very worn. There were cigarette burns all over the bathroom counter, sink and floor. The ceilings had painted over old light fixtures?” that were peeling. It was pretty laughable. Would NOT stay here again.

Not a bad location and front desk staff were efficient. The room itself was very underwhelming, particularly at almost $300/night - the floors were dirty, bathroom floors even more so, garbage left in bathroom from a previous client, and smelled musty. Would benefit from a thorough top to bottom cleaning & airing out, and updated curtains and bedding.

The front desk attendant displayed exceptional professionalism and courtesy. The condition of the room was subpar, but the bedding was clean. The breakfast was quite basic, but given the price, it was not unexpected.

Avoid this location
Very poor room service. Stayed 5 nights, for 3 days no room service no towels. Front desk gave us garbage bags to put our garbage in as in picture. Front desk staff rude, uncooperative Reached out to manager requesting solution, no response Facility old, non maintained, room door barely closed we had to place luggage behind it to properly close. Never returning and advising travellers to avoid this location if you want to get service worth your money spent.
