BELLA VIEW boasts a view that is sure to WOW!

AREA WIDE NOTICE: Lake Lure will undergo a drawdown from January 1st, 2025, through the first quarter of 2025(March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet have been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. For more information, click here. The lake will likely be back up to normal levels by mid to late April. While we understand this is an inconvenience, this does allow you to enjoy the full beauty of Lake Lure in the fall and holiday season. This will not affect the smaller lakes in the area, only Lake Lure itself.

Located in popular Rumbling Bald at Lake Lure with its A-plus amenities: golf courses, swimming pools, tennis courts, fitness center, spa, lazy river, restaurants, and more, this 3-4 bedroom, four bath, end unit packs large-living potential into cozy quarters. You and your crew will enjoy sitting at the large dining table, which seats six and is positioned for watching your favorite team, movies, or series on TV while simultaneously enjoying the beautiful stone fireplace and gazing at the glorious scenery outside. Now that’s something for everyone!

A large L-shaped sectional between the dining table and TV/Fireplace arrangement will easily and comfortably accommodate several people.

Step into the well-windowed all-seasons room, with an electric fireplace and plush and plentiful brand-new seating for more lake viewing; you’ll be lured to the porch deck, which serves as yet another breathtaking waterway and mountain overlook. This is the ideal grilling spot.

This home’s layout and furniture arrangement is genuinely a staging and space-utilization marvel!

A small staircase leads from the all-seasons room to a teen or pre-teen sleeping-quarters treasure(4th bedroom area)! The cozy, enclosed loft features luxuriously thick mattresses atop 2 twin beds (also brand new) and promises to provide lifelong slumber-party memories!

Back down to the landing: after descending just a few more steps to the lower level, you’ll discover the laundry room, another main bedroom (with king bed), and a newly renovated en suite bath with double sinks and a large, luxurious walk-in shower. This second suite features a lovely private deck that overlooks the lake. Given the sublime surroundings, your morning coffee, evening tea, hot cider, hot chocolate, or cocktail will be tastier than ever.

Also below is a unique space equipped with brand new games for the young and the young at heart. There’s a small bath for quick trips and extra showers. This area is accessed with an outside entrance.

Yet another–very spacious–walkout offers loads of seating and plenty of room for a group to spread out while taking in the stellar view.

Outside, easily navigable steps meander to the well-lighted dock.

This home is less than a mile to the sandy beach on Lake Lure within Rumbling Bald and just 11.1 miles to the Beach at Lake Lure near the town center; 15 miles to Chimney Rock State Park; 23.1 miles to the Tryon International Equestrian Center (TIEC), the home of the 2018 World Equestrian Games.

Asheville is only 39.7 miles away, an easy day trip and an excellent opportunity to see the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Ingles Grocery is only 8.1 miles away.
