We stay at the Queens very often and it never disappoints. The staff is amazing and the manager Tabitha is super sweet and accommodating. We love going here if you’re looking for a super clean friendly place to stay with a little bit of classic nostalgia mixed with modern decor this is your spot and the food in the restaurant is well priced and super delicious.. there’s a pool in the hot tub in the town of Queensbury is absolutely awesome. Several restaurants and cute shops within walking distance in the view from the rooms are always beautiful no matter what side you’re on.

Grandson's Wedding
We were at the Hotel for my Grandson's wedding. We were extremely pleased with the cleanliness, service and friendliness of all the staff. They could not have picked a better venue to be married. Beautiful Christmas decorations added to the event. We also attended the New Year's Eve Gala and had a wonderful time. Thank you for a successful and a wonderful event.

There are some good things and then just some little things that you might expect from a hotel that wasn't available. Beautiful lobby and rooms. Fun decor and a nice hotel overall. Little things... they didn't have a microwave which i needed. My husband called the front desk to ask if there was one available to come down a use. We were informed they don't have one. We also had some items we were going to refrigerator. They do not have fridges in the room either. These are just items you expect in a room. The light switch for the bathroom is on the outside of the bathroom. At night, if you go to the restroom, the light from the bathroom shines right on the eyes of the people in bed. With the beds need to be moved to other wall or just put the light switch for the bathroom, in the bathroom. Finally, we needed a few extra minutes to get out in the morning. We called the front and asked if we could checkout an hour later than normal checkout. They said, No. We asked if we could have 30 minutes extra... no again. They said they had a group coming. I understand but not all rooms are cleaned at the same time. This is a nicer hotel and you would expect more for paying more.
