Loved this place. Not overly crowded. Pool open until 10pm, BIG PLUS!!! Across the street GREAT FOOD OPTIONS, from pizza to a steak and seafood! Staff friendly and accommodating. Excellent treatment. Only drawback is you pay to park $15 a day. So CARPOOL if you’re traveling with family because all of Disney is paid parking also so the double parking fees add up! Otherwise 10 out of 10 recommend!

We stayed one night for a family Disney trip. Our suite was for 4 adults. At check in the front desk gave us 2 sheets and a thin blanket for pull out couch. We made it and looked for pillows..there were only 4 on the king size bed everyone got 1 pillow. The blanket on the king size bed was so thin. The sofa bed mattress was terrible. Location was good, took 10 to 15 min to get to Disney. It was clean and kitchen area was nice. Outside hallways. Affordable.

Convenientally located for local restaurants and supermarket and, if not driving, the local lynx bus stop is only a five minute walk away, which takes you directly to Disney for $2 per person. The room was adequate and plenty big enough for four of us, only downside was we were on second floor and there is no lift for carrying luggage up and down. We struggled and had to ask for assistance. Rooms were only thoroughly cleaned once a week and a small clean - fresh towels and bins emptied - on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Overall we had a nice stay and would more than likely stay again due to the sheer convenience of the location.

The beds were extremely comfortable but that is the only positive comment I have. The LR and DR furniture were filthy and worn. One of the showers held ankle deep water when showering. The carpet in the LR/DR was dirty. Our room was right by the stairs and the front door had little to no insultation so it was very noisy especially suitcases going up and down on the stairs. Who builds a hotel without elevators?! Expedia never mentioned that or the parking charges. I will never book through Expedia again. Also, guests had to walk to the lobby to exchange towels. Very inconvenient. Horrible property that needs a remodel desperately.
