This was a last minute stay due to flight change. I was picked up in the shuttle and at the hotel in no time. I had trouble with the TV and the manager was there in less than 10 minutes to fix it. Friendly staff.

Checking in was great. Staff member who helped us was wonderful. Very friendly. Room was run down, fridge was covered in rust and the bottom was broken. There was a giant tear in one of the bed comforters. The room wasn’t very clean. We got in late and left early at 4 am for an early flight. Any longer we would have asked for a cleaner room.

The hotel was not nearly as nice as it appeared online. Very old with no elevator. Pool was small and dirty. Had to pay an extra $35 for early (before 3) check-in. Staff was neutral, not overly friendly.

For the price paid and length of stay(one night) this was an okay choice. I came for a concert downtown, and staying at the airport was much more affordable. Check in was easy enough, and staff was nice. They did require a credit card for a $100 retainer even with being prepaid, but the turn around was quick and charges dropped after day. Not a lot of variety at the breakfast, but since it’s included in the stay it’s worth taking advantage. The property itself is just very dated, in stark contrast with its brand new looking neighbor. The bedding was clean and comfortable, but I didn’t bother sitting on the couch that looked about 3 decades old. The only over head light was in the toilet/shower, so hopefully all your lamps work. The light on the vanity was also way too dim, and I couldn’t find any means of adjusting it. While the bathroom looked clean, its functional aspects were lacking. No hot water at the sink, so I had to bend down to the tub spout to get hot water for my washing my face. The tub itself had a crack in the wall and it felt like it had been painted. Shower pressure was a joke, but seems like hard water deposits might had clogged up the head too. I wanted to bring up the issues with the front desk, but he had stepped away as I dropped off my key. For an overnight stay it’s okay, but definitely not without some flaws.
