Unsanitary and had trouble getting things cleaned Died lizard in room window beside us; we had to tell staff because my kids were gaging while walking by 1 a.m they had a false alarm fire detector waking up my 11 month old baby Paid for parking and was not guaranteed parking … how does that work.. still wonder Only reason we stay was out kids are small and too hard to relocate and disturb our planned vacation; so Mom and Dad did what they had too Wife cleaned the floors and Dad complained to Front Desk ( went no where ) Patrick at Security is the only person to see the issues and notice that they were no doubt poor quality from cleaning to concrete being uneven everywhere for kids to walk or get around

Good morning.. I'm sorry to leave a comment like this but my stay at this hotel has been the worst in the whole place. The service was horrible. They didn't even have the kindness to pick up the dirty towels, much less change them. There was a bad smell in the room and a supervisor didn't even come to check the service because when we arrived the towels were stained. The phone never worked, the closet door didn't work, the sheets were stained and the refrigerator was dirty.
