Loved the services and cleaness. And great for families. Parking is the onlt thing should not be charged if you are staying as a guest and already paying top prices. Overall all great.

This is such a beautiful property!! The gentlemen at the front desk was so nice and gave us a great room that was close to the perfect amenities for my toddler such as the cafe and pool area. We also got a wonderful room with a balcony that overlooked the gorgeous greenery that the Gaylord has on the interior of the property! The food poolside was incredible! The pool was so kid friendly and warm as well! I will certainly be back!

Great customer service and a beautiful property. Small issue with ants in our room, but we were able to be moved to another room. Not an easy shuttle service to Disney so be prepared to Uber. Additional charge to use a cart to unload your items to your room. Also, room comes with 4 passes to the pool. Additional passes are $50 regardless of your room type - even for a kid if they are +36”. Food at all of the restaurants is top notch!

it only takes one bad experience to drive people away. This is our third visit, and i am pretty disappointed at the quality/cleanliness of our room this time. The carpet had bubble gum stuck to it, looked very very old. Furnitures had dusty legs/feet, so cleaning crews didn't do a very good job. The safety bar in the shower had a ring that was loose, and there was moldy stuff underneath it. Is it not habitable? no, but i didn't get a very clean vibe from this particular stay, and once you see the dirtiness of the room, you start tiptoing around the room. I kept my flip flops on the whole time because i didn't feel that it was clean enough. I should have asked for a new room, but our stuff was already all open, laid out and organized, so i didn't bother. Emerald bay room 4432 is where we stayed.

Dont bother paying for chairs at the pool. We payed for premium seating for 3 days and every day we noticed people sitting in reserved seating without paying for it, they issue rist bands and the people didn't have the wrist bands which were white. big waste of money if you ask me

The property and staff are great! Now the cons: The price is not the price. Be ready to double your rate with every kind of fee they can throw at you. Water park is always closed. Common area is beautiful, but half of it was closed for a private party. Just feels like we paid full price for limited access. We will still give it another try. It’s a nice place.
