Our room was not very clean when we arrived. It hadn't been properly swept or wiped down in certain areas. Needed some serious deep cleaning.

Room was not clean. There was grime over the entire bathroom - like someone used a sponge and water...no soap or scouring pad which it DESPERATELY needs. The floor was covered with crumbs in the corner. The one chair had pieces of potato chips. There was a 1/2" gap between the bottom of the door and the floor. Spotty wi-fi. Old run down = lipstick on a pig.

I would prefer my money back. Bed sheets were dirty and stained. I seen two roaches in my room which were killed. My son woke up the next morning with a rash on his shoulder which he believes he got bite by something in his sleep. However i think it was either dirty sheets or bed bugs. Breakfast dont even get me started my kids refused to eat it. They only grabbed drinks as they were closed containers. Sorry but I would not recommend this place.
