Résidence datée, ménage moyen (la cuisine doit être faite par le précédent) mais tout est sale. Chauffage qui ne fonctionne pas. L'etablissement est bien situé par contre avec une vue sublime. Personnel d'accueil gentille. Mais aucun contact pour rendre la clé donc il faut attendre pour récupérer la caution.

Le studio est correct, visiblement rénové récemment. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait des dizaines de mouches mortes partout, y compris dans la vaisselle. Une forte odeur d’égouts planait dans tout le studio. Les équipements sont assez basiques, aucun produit d’entretien, vaisselle, pas d’éponge... il faut penser à tout apporter. L’isolation est très mauvaise (tant acoustique que thermique). Cote positif, la vue est dégagée et magnifique, un petit balcon bien agréable, et le personnel souriant et serviable. L’ensemble est donc moyen, nous avons passé un bon week end mais nous n’y retournerons pas.
