A great location opposite a local shopping centre with a supermarket as well as within a 7-10mins walk to other shopping centres such as the Pavillion, Lot 10 and local transport links. Lots of food options, local, international cuisine as well as fast food franchises very close by. The hotel suite itself was very clean with amazing views and comfy beds. Having additional room facilities such as the kitchen with microwave, oven, crockery and washing machine/dryer were all very beneficial. The room also had a Nespresso coffee machine and a mix of herbal and English tea topped up daily. One very small thing that would have been helpful is having a small quantity of laundry detergent provided. Our bathroom had a walk in rain shower as well as a standard shower complemented with Balmain toiletries. The wash basin area had generous storage space and additional complimentary toiletries, a separate toilet area with it's own wash basin area. We appreciated the 'walk in' wardrobe area again with helpful touches such as an umbrella, shoe horn, variety of hanger types, gowns, slippers, hair dryer, safe deposit box, ironing board and iron. Overall, the room felt very clean, spacious, thoughtfully designed with a range of lighting options and spaces to relax. We did access the rooftop pool which was clean with great views. Staff were polite although I did highlight the iron wasn't working 3 times before it was replaced. Really fantastic stay. I wouldn't hesitate to rebook!

My family of 6 adults stayed here on 10/11. I have run into two customer service issues. (1) Rooms - I originally booked 2 rooms. When we checked-in, we were only given one room. I told the lady that there should be 2 rooms but she said it was one two-bedroom suite. While booking the rooms and entering 6 adults, it gave me options for 2 rooms which is why I booked 2 rooms. There is a capacity for 4 adults per 2 bedroom suite. The front desk took copies of our 6 passports at check in. Issue is we were charged for both rooms and we were not comfortable in the suite with 6 adults. One was charged to the card that was provided on 10/11. The other room was charged to the credit card that was used to book the rooms. I have requested a refund for the room we did not get with no response. (2) Transfer - I requested for a transfer on 9/20 after providing our reservation information for 6 passengers. It was confirmed from Sathiya on 9/24 that our transportation was set. I also inquired where would we meet with no response. When we arrived to the airport, there was no transportation so we had to get a taxi. I emailed concierge and they thought we were arriving in November. I don’t understand where the miscommunication was if the hotel requested our reservation confirmation and has the dates. Other than the hotel, we enjoyed our short stay in Kuala Lumpur. Just beware of this hotel’s lack of customer service.

The hotel itself is very luxurious and is worthy of a 5star rating. The accommodation space is very clean and comes with a lot of quality amenities such as a lounge and roof pool. The property itself was very clean, but certain areas around were very questionable, there were some nearby neighborhoods outside the vicinity of the hotel you certainly wouldn't fancy going to at night. But I suppose that's an issue with the city itself and not that of the hotel, as the hotel property itself was well kept and clean. Definitely recommend this hotel in you're looking for an aparthotel stay in Kuala Lumpur.

Very hard to open and close the sliding doors and breakfast wasn’t a full breakfast. Rooms not entirely soundproof However we did love the fact that they had a soccer table and a pool table with free flow of tea at the living room area. The gym and pool was great too! Thank you to the Pan Pacific for a wonderful stay. This property is five star or even above. The serviced one bedroom apartment was great. So much room for our 6 day stay. Thank you to Amy Loo who always greeted us with a smile and a quick chat. Gladys, Esther and the rest of the staff were exceptional in their service at the breakfast room. The Pan Pacific is attached to the Park Royal Collection Hotel where you can use their restaurants and charge to your room at the Pan Pacific. We had the seafood buffet which is on friday and saturday nights at the Thyme restaurant at the Park Royal. Everything you wanted in seafood was there. Once again impeccable service by the staff. The Malaysian people are very polite and english is understood widely which certainly helps tourists. Kuala Lumpur is well worth a visit for sightseeing and shopping and certainly a stay at The Pan Pacific Serviced Apartments is a must. Once again thank you to all the staff who made our stay so pleasurable.
