This hotel is just a little over 2 yrs young here I think and I believe the best part of the stay, was the friendliness helpfulness of the staff. Especially the ladies at reception. (Special shout out to Nicole, Quincy Samara, where Nicole went out her way to help my wife's locked knapsack at our night checkin, Quincy for suggesting where I can workout and Samara for great help with my EV rental. :) Thank you.

My husband and I have just returned from a 2 week stay at Chogogo and loved it. The resort is in a good location, close to Kralendijk and also central to the north and south ends of the island for snorkeling. We had a deluxe ocean view room on the first floor...it's nice to have the lazy river just outside your patio door. The room was a nice size and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool area is very nice with lots of different types of beach chairs. The staff were amazing even before we arrived. We emailed at least twice w/questions and they were quick to reply answering everything. We especially appreciate everything that Lot did to help ensure our stay was perfect. She was always very attentive and happy to help! We will return for sure!

This was a great place to stay. Can snorkel off beach, wonderful lazy river, beautiful pool. The front desk people, cleaning ladies and groundskeepers are so nice and belpful. The only thing preventing a 5 star is the horrible waitress service at the main resturant and beach bar restaurant, they are slow and often rude that is if and when they decide to wait on you. The rooms are nice and fridges work great. Overall, plan to come back. It is 15 by taxi into town.

We had an ocean view studio. The resort is Beautiful and all of the staff are lovely! Very accommodating and very laid back. Would definitely book again! One of the best snorkel spots on the island is right off the resort! The beach is rocky so water shoes may be needed for a couple of days until your feet toughen up a bit. The clearest, Bluest, warmest water of the Carribean! Thank you for a wonderful time!.

The lazy river is amazing! The slide is also fun, and the pool / beach are well kept and and easy to navigate. The wait staff is quite nice, but there is a small language barrier for English at times, and they would be considered "slow" by American standards (but not by Italian standards) so just keep that in mind.

Amazing location with snorkeling off the beach
We had a great time at Chogogo and absolutely loved being able to snorkel right off the property. Honestly, that's the best part of the property! The rooms are super modern and clean. The local staff in the restaurant and bar are super friendly. I've just booked a return trip for two months from now. One disappointment was that when I asked about whether a returning guest discount or code was available, I was told that the hotel offers a 10% discount (promotional code) for guests visiting in 3 months' time. I explained I wanted to return in 2 months' time! The reservations manager at the front desk told me, "Sorry. the discount is only available to guests booking 3 months out." That seems odd! I booked another visit to Chogogo but was disappointed there was absolutely no consideration for an enthusiastic, returning guest. My only other concerns are that the Resort providers no water as a 'welcome' and only 2 Nespresso pods during a 7 night stay! We were also told there would be housekeeping every three days, but during our Saturday to Saturday stay housekeeping cleaned our two-room apartment once. Last, we were initially in 8101 and 8102 on the ground floor. These rooms were sold as "ocean view" but had a view of lush landscaping. We asked to move to a true sea view apartment and the staff moved us to 4101 and 4102. I was very grateful that we were able to move to nicer rooms on our second full day.

We stayed for a week at Chogogo Bonaire. The resort was very clean throughout the entire property from the food & beverage outlets to all the commercial areas, to the pools & recreational areas and especially or room. The food and drink were delicious and convenient. The best thing about this property is the employees - they are absolutely service oriented and very friendly and accommodating.
