"The hotel cancelled my reservation the day before because they only deal with a week or longer stay because it was race weekend. I booked the room in Oct. The desk person made a call to the manager who wasn't able to contact me due to not having my phone number. My number was on the reservation request. After a long discussion she decided to give me a room. The room was their most current remodeled room that they had. The room was not the best as the bathroom pluming needs redone as the toilet didn't flush and the shower didn't work. The paper roll was missing. The walls and floor haven't been remodeled. The key card maker wasn't working so we didn't get room cards. Towels were old, thin, and dirty. I am very disappointed, and I will never return, nor will I recommend this hotel to anyone"
