" ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing time at this sprawling, beautiful home! Spending Thanksgiving with our extended family here was absolutely perfect. Everything is exactly as described—but even better in person. The home was clean, stunning, and had plenty to keep everyone entertained. We loved cooking together in the spacious kitchen and spent hours enjoying the theater and game room, which was a huge hit for all ages. The views from the top of the mountain were breathtaking—absolutely stunning and the perfect backdrop for our family gathering. What we loved most was how much privacy everyone had. Each family member had their own private bedroom and cozy seating areas, so we could relax and unwind whenever we wanted. It was the perfect balance of togetherness and personal space. Lois was fantastic! She communicated promptly and always answered our calls when we had questions. During a snowstorm, we lost power, but the generator kicked in seamlessly, allowing us to continue our festivities without a hitch. We truly loved this home and can’t wait to book it again! Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a memorable getaway with incredible views, spacious accommodations, and plenty of privacy."

"We truly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous & cozy home in the mountains. The view is spectacular. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. The games on the first floor were fabulous - we loved there were puzzles too! We will absolutely be back for ski season. The kitchen also was super well stocked & we cooked every night. "So many good things to say about The Cozy Cabin, from moment I pulled car in. Easy to find, just far enough off main road, all the modern conveniences needed for our fall stay. Thoughtful welcome basket, comfy beds, well-appointed bathrooms, kitchen we cooked in each night, comfy couch and chairs...blankets, pillows, smart TV with all the scary Halloween films we needed. Kitchen fridge and cupboards stocked with all spices, condiments, and more; no need to buy the little bottle of olive oil, mustard, etc., for our meals. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate...whatever's needed to start or finish your day. So much more, too. Fresh towels in quantity, all the other items you need for a good hot shower: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer, and again more. Quality washer and dryer, detergent and dryer sheets...we left with suitcases full of clean clothes. Didn't get to use the Beach Club, or the kayaks as it was a bit cold. PFDs were right there in the basement, though. Area is remote, as we expected. My adult daughter was teaching at a middle-school camp on Lake Ossipee, a five-minute drive from the cabin to her parking lot. A bit further is my new favorite dessert spot, Eldridge Family Sugar House & Ice Cream Shoppe...Maple Soft-Serve Ice Cream! A must, any time of year IMO. Host communication great from booking, pre-arrival, during stay, and departure. Truly can't wait for the opportunity to return...ideally during maple syrup season. Thank you for hosting us!"

"This could have been an nice property. The carpet was so stained we didn't even want to walk on it with socks on. There were mouse droppings in the drawers and we were not wanting to use the pans or dishes without washing first. The water pressure wasnt great the "

"This place is simply WONDERFUL! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking ware. The minibar is great for making a drink. Lots of space for sitting and hanging out. The amazing deck can’t be more perfect. Either for taking your morning coffee or sipping a wine at sunset - the deck is going to be the thing that brings us back again! "
