"We truly enjoyed our stay at this gorgeous & cozy home in the mountains. The view is spectacular. The hot tub was perfect after a long day of hiking. The games on the first floor were fabulous - we loved there were puzzles too! We will absolutely be back for ski season. The kitchen also was super well stocked & we cooked every night. This was worth every penny & great for families. Thank you for hosting us!"

"So many good things to say about The Cozy Cabin, from moment I pulled car in. Easy to find, just far enough off main road, all the modern conveniences needed for our fall stay. Thoughtful welcome basket, comfy beds, well-appointed bathrooms, kitchen we cooked in each night, comfy couch and chairs...blankets, pillows, smart TV with all the scary Halloween films we needed. Kitchen fridge and cupboards stocked with all spices, condiments, and more; no need to buy the little bottle of olive oil, mustard, etc., for our meals. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate...whatever's needed to start or finish your day. So much more, too. Fresh towels in quantity, all the other items you need for a good hot shower: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryer, and again more. Quality washer and dryer, detergent and dryer sheets...we left with suitcases full of clean clothes. Didn't get to use the Beach Club, or the kayaks as it was a bit cold. PFDs were right there in the basement, though. Area is remote, as we expected. My adult daughter was teaching at a middle-school camp on Lake Ossipee, a five-minute drive from the cabin to her parking lot. A bit further is my new favorite dessert spot, Eldridge Family Sugar House & Ice Cream Shoppe...Maple Soft-Serve Ice Cream! A must, any time of year IMO. Host communication great from booking, pre-arrival, during stay, and departure. Truly can't wait for the opportunity to return...ideally during maple syrup season. Thank you for hosting us!"

"This place is simply WONDERFUL! The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cooking ware. The minibar is great for making a drink. Lots of space for sitting and hanging out. The amazing deck can’t be more perfect. Either for taking your morning coffee or sipping a wine at sunset - the deck is going to be the thing that brings us back again! "

"Our seven day stay at your facility was bitter sweet. Although the time with my family was priceless and the property and it’s outside features ( Mountain View’s) were memorable, there were a few issues in and out of the home that could not be ignored. Here are a few of the highlighted issues. 1. There was a water pressure issue that caused us to be without water. This was reported three days prior to the end of our stay and did not get resolved. This issue was extensive in which it affected toilet flushing, showering, sink usage and any consideration of laundry in the washing machine. 2. Hot water shortage 3. Trash in the garage on arrival. 4. Trash in bear box on arrival 5. Mice droppings in utensils drawers 6. Washing machine would not complete cycle leaving clothes soaked in bottom of washer. 7. Insufficient amount of washcloths for a larger family. 8. Sliding screen door leading onto back deck is broken and could not be used. 9. Dirty carpet with stains and an awkward smell. These issues took away the focus from the beauty of the property and made it frustrating at times due to the inconvenience that it caused. Regards, "
