The description on Travelocity makes the hotel look a whole lot better than it actually is. Then on check in they have a facility charge, not sure what this was for.. While staying there did not see anyone using the pool, I think it may have been because it did not have the usual clean water "sparkle" normally expected of a clean pool.

As for the pool, it tends to be used less frequently when island temperatures drop into the 60s, as was the case during your stay. However, we want to note that our saltwater pool is heated for guest comfort. Additionally, we have a designated pool company that cleans and treats the pool every morning to maintain its quality.That said, we will pass your feedback along to our pool cleaning company to ensure everything remains in top-notch condition. We value your input and hope to provide a better experience in the future. Thank you for staying with us!

Adorable little hotel typical of Key West Very friendly and helpful staff Clean rooms and common areas and comfortable bedding Sufficient breakfast The pool is a real asset for cooling off after exploring the island.

Had a good stay. Folks were nice and accommodating. The only issue was the resort fee charge. First - I knew about the fee so no gotcha at all. But I was expecting something for the daily fee, Nope.- no restaurant or voucher to neighboring place, the pool bar was closed open, no hotel lobby, no offer of bikes for transportation. I get you can charge it because everyone does but still .....

Beautiful rooms, hotel and surroundings! Huge pool, pool bar, breakfast provided and bikes provided. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Walls are paper thin and someone had a small dog that barked a lot. Staff was friendly and helpful. Not a luxury hotel but clean.
