An upscale and fully equipped kitchen allows for meal prep that can be enjoyed at the indoor dining table for 6 or casually at the bar top alongside your crafted cocktail just before hitting the downtown action. Plush furniture occupies the living space with a flat screen TV for lazy afternoons in. A convenient powder room is located steps away. A second floor seating area with a sectional couch, table and flat screen TV is the perfect entertaining area for game night. Friends weekend in Key West
The house looks exactly like it does in the photos. 5 bedrooms with all king beds. We loved it. There’s an alley next to the house which lets you access Duvall st. Plunge pool is small but we had 10 of us sitting in and around it. O ne small parking spot which is in the description. We parked 2 cars at the airport, it was cheap and simple.

House was great and location is amazing. You can't get any closer to Duvall without being directly on it. Practically the center of Duvall street so everything is walking distance. Parking spot is tight - I would recommend renting a golf cart in lieu of a car - but everything is so close, you don't need either.

Great location
This house was perfectly located for exploring Duval street and the surrounding areas. You have your own private alley from the house to Duval, which was perfect for our group. We had 8 adults and with the house having 5 bedrooms, it suited our needs. There are no closets in the 2 downstairs bedrooms, or in the master, but with the additional living room area upstairs, we had plenty of space to store our luggage. We did not have a vehicle, but if you do, there is only 1 parking space designated for the house. Though the pool is small and shaded, it is deep and fit our needs with 8 adults. Overall I would definitely recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is a great location, walkable to most areas of interest and larger enough for ten adults. We had a problem with the ice maker but the property manager responded immediately. The only negatives were the size of the bedrooms and lack of closets in some of them Overall, a very good experience enjoyed by all.

Key West mid week get away
Great location!!! The home was spotless, very impressed with how clean and orderly it was. Right off of Duvall but couldn’t really hear any noise while in the house. Property Manager Brian was a pleasure to deal with and response time was immediate. There are no closets in the first floor bedrooms but for our quick stay it didn’t matter. Would stay there again for sure!

We celebrated our 30th wedding anniversary and our son’s engagement and this house was perfect! 9 adults had more than enough space for 5 full days plus we hosted a taco night and farewell brunch!
