"this is a beautiful house where the hosts have considered every amenity. the 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths plus kitchen were appointed perfectly with towels/toiletries/snacks and whatever else you could want. the fire pit was perfect with wood and fire starter and s'mores and sticks provided by the hosts, the only criticism is that the house is listed as marietta and it is 7.8 miles west southwest of the center square of marietta."

"My wife, my daughter, and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for a week. The beds were routine hotel beds, meaning my back ached after the first couple nights, but the rooms themselves were spacious enough to be an apartment. The amenities were nice, the full kitchen complete with utensils was fantastic to have, and while the rooms suffered from some wear and tear, they were functional in all aspects. The service from the staff was amazing and friendly, and the location around the hotel was great: shops, gas, restaurants etc all close by. Hotels.com got us a fantastic price on these rooms, and at the price point we paid this was an amazing stay. Full price as marked on the room doors would have been steep for the condition of the facility and the services offered, but on sale, these suites are great. Would absolutely stay again. "

"Other reviews have stated that their stay felt more like being at home than in a rental. I have to agree. It is a beautiful old house that has been renovated and made to be comfortable, from the updated kitchen to the comfortable couch in the TV room. My son recently moved to Marrietta. My wife and I met our daughter down there to visit. Not being familiar with the area, we looked at a lot of houses before deciding on this one. We couldn't be happier with the choice. It is in a great location (we walked to Marrietta square), it has plenty of room and a nice view of Kennesaw Mountain from the back patio or front porch. The house was well provisioned with anything you might need and more than we expected. The owner was great to work with as well. We plan on spending more time in Marrietta since our son is there and this will be the first place we check for availability when we do."
