the receptionist was nable to find my reservation. and asking if I was maybe mistake the hotel. I told her I was right and fianlly found the reservation. In another thing the breaksfast waiter or employee is a rude person. She is white I do not know her name. My wife complained that she was rude indicating the customer to cover the breakfast trays.
