We were about to check in and someone called us that their hotel room has maintenance issues they cannot provide us room in Delta but they offered us a room in different hotel that was close to airport we booked delta because we want to stay closer to the lake for kids activities then we went to hotel and asked and then they give us a room, and said all good now, seems very fishy. When I went in the room and try to take shower. Washroom shower was leaking terribly could not take shower there. Very disappointed. Never expect this kind of service from Delta. Disappointed 😌

I really enjoy staying there. Parking scenario is good, and has many options very close…. Very central. Was a little confusing finding the room first couple of times, as it’s a bit of a maze. And, it was extremely expensive… but what isn’t. Always enjoyable though.

The elevators stopped working the day we arrived. Had to climb 8 flights of stairs w 2 toddlers. The fire alarm went off the same night and automated announcements were blaring that they’re investigating the issue on repeat for over an hour at 12:30am while my kids were crying and trying to sleep. I ordered milk for the kids was told it would take 20 minutes and waited an hour and it never came. The pools were cold even though told it was heated and hot tub was cold. When asked the hotel they said they had changed out the boiler and that’s why. But ruined it for the kids as they were cold getting out of the pool also. Staff was friendly however for the price this hotel was terrible. Noisy Reno’s and the downtown area was LOUD even through the night. Terrible place for families of anyone to stay.

great location. Property can be cleaner and dust free. urgent need of renovations. Staff can be friendlier and more knowledable. One of the manager on site was not accomodating at all. we did not get the room that we had requested. bathtub was not working, had to call engineering multiple times to fix it. overall not a good experience.

The staff was good, the bathrooms by the pool were filthy, the garbage at the pool overflowing. The rooms were not sound proof at all. We were kept awake all night by noise in the halls and doors slamming. It was awful! Not relaxing at all.

The location of the Delta Okanagan Grand is lovely. Our room was comfortable and common areas were clean. Unfortunately, a number of the staff (valet, front desk, restaurant) appeared disinterested in extending smiles, greetings or any level of hospitality . When we arrived at the hotel we were not welcomed, and we soon came to realize that our interactions with staff were mere transactions, nothing more. In many hotels staff are trained to create an experience for guests. This is easily achieved through friendly greetings, small talk, and providing information and service. Our best recommendation is to focus on this element in future staff training.
