"This house is positioned so incredibly: Sunsets while seeing Spouting Horn! Whales, turtles and seals swam by daily and 1 pod of dolphins. The house was so spacious. My husband and I are on mountain time and awoke before the sun rose daily, with the kitchenette downstairs we were able to have coffee and not disturb my parents upstairs. We have stayed in 2 other houses on Lawai road and this was the 1st one to have AC, such a treat! My family will remember these memories forever; thank you Gail for sharing your slice of heaven with complete strangers"

"This a great place in Downtown Waimea. If you are planning and doing a few activities on the west side. Waimea Canyon, Kokee S.P. etc. Napoli Coast Boating, Salt Ponds, etc. This is the best location. Walking distance to anything you need and fantastic sunsets on the beach or pier. Also very little tourists. Very Chill. You cannot swim on the beach! Rip curl and Sharks. Just don't. Locals were all very friendly."

"This home is perfect for large groups that enjoy spending time with each other, but like their own privacy as each suite felt like a hotel room. It was wonderful to have a large range of kitchen equipment for cooking as well."

"The property is wonderful with the ocean just a steps away from this very comfortable home. All the living space is on the second floor as is normal for oceanfront properties. The local property management company, Kauai Vacation Rentals & Real Estate, was great to work with and very responsive. There is traffic noise from the adjacent highway, but that did not detract from a very enjoyable stay. Highly recommended. "
