Poor food at breakfast. Shower dirty.
All was good except not as clean as could be. The disturbing issue was the breakfast. All the bread products were old and hard. Food was all cold even though was in heaters. Cinimon buns were rock hard stale, french toast was not edible at all, pancakes were criminal. Not at all what i expect from Hiliday Inn. Counter manager didnt really seem to care at all. Just said shed look into it. We will give them one more chance as already prebooked another room. I really hope its better.

Nice stay, but weird placement choices
The hotel was nice, clean, and your average stay...except for the dogs on site. I guess to make it feel "home-ier". I'm not a dog person, so I was not a fan. The only other thing that really stood out, was the location of product dispensers in the restroom. They were all really low. The hand soap dispenser was pretty far away from the sink, it was next to the toilet paper roll. Then the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash bottle holder in the shower was maybe 3 feet off the ground and the soap holders were closer to my feet than hands. Nothing against the stay, but definitely caught my attention.

2nd night was fine, first night was horrible, some port in my room beeped all night, gave me $50 off, lmao i was up alll night and could not sleep, was a super rough night, i wish they'd have to stay over night with constant beeping just one night, so $175 was still charged to have worst night in 8 weeks on the road, on top of having staff in my room to fix it , the staff was nice but i should not be upset at this price point- night 2 was fine

We stayed here for one night but I feel like we got great use of the hotel. It was convenient for our itinerary and reasonably priced. I really enjoyed the gym and breakfast was great as well. It was clean and the staff were very courteous. They had dove products in the bathrooms which I appreciated as well since I had forgotten lotion. Great experience and I’d stay here again for sure.

Very nice stay. Hotel was extremely clean, comfortable, and well kept. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and I woke up without any pain anywhere, which is rare in an hotel. Absolutely zero complaints about the cleanliness, it was spotless. All staff interactions were pleasant and helpful. The area was safe and the hotel was quiet. Unfortunately we didn’t have the opportunity to use the pool or breakfast while we were there, so I can’t comment on those. We would definitely stay again!
