Awaa  Place, our two-story Hawaiian ohana, features 1,700 sf of interior  living space with four bedrooms, three baths, a living room, kitchen,  and multi-purpose room. The layout features separate upstairs and  downstairs units with private entrances, perfect for families looking  for a balance of shared spaces and individual comfort. Inside, enjoy  elegant wood floors, teak and koa wood cabinetry, granite countertops,  marble, and handmade tile work.


Conveniently  situated between Kona, Hilo, and Kohala, our cottage is just a short  scenic drive from the Gold Coast beaches. It serves as the perfect base  for enjoying Waimea and exploring the Big Islanda refreshing escape  from typical tourist paths, promising a truly unique Hawaiian  experience.

 During Hawaii County enforced quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, 3 cars are  allowed on the property. Must park in the garage or on the driveway.

 Per the County of Hawaii regulations, this property allows a maximum of  eight guests with no more than five unrelated persons per STVR

Neighborhood quiet hours are from 9pm to 8am. No loud music, parties, events or disruptive behavior.

Late Check Out Fees are as follows: $50 for the first hour, $100 for two hours, and $500 for any extended time.

These  fees ensure fair compensation for our cleaners or any subsequent guests  affected by delays. If you need a late checkout, please inquire in  advance. Depending on upcoming bookings, we might accommodate you,  though a fee might still apply.

Extra Guests: If more guests than  permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry  based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers.  An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might  request that you vacate the property.
