I fear there are too many drawbacks to this hotel! We did not have a good experience! We had issues with everything from hundreds of bugs on the first night in our room which needed to be fumigated, with soiled stains on both the covers and the mattress on the sofa bed, to not enough towels for the 4 of us. Plus’s no pool access available during our stay. While they “tried” to fix them, offering free parking and some credit towards breakfast….taking over 2 hours for 2 extra towels was too long for us and was our last straw. If they had truly wanted to fix things, it would have been a priority! We decided to check out of our room a day early. There was nothing “GRAND” about our stay! We would definitely not recommend this hotel, especially for those with children! The average age for the clientele is 60 due to coach tours and the hotel is getting tired. After 3 weeks travelling around Canada this is the worst hotel, we have experienced!

Great hotel in the middle of town by the gondolas. Shops and restaurants right outside the hotel, the hotel also has a restaurant. Rooms are spacious, super comfie bed, nespresso machine. Great swimming pool and spa pools and well equipped gym. Also dog friendly. Only downside is the expensive onsite parking.

Lovely big rooms! Deluxe is worth the extra. Arrived late so the restaurant was closed (9pm). Front desk gave directions to local pizza! Parking a little pricey. Situated in a lovely resort.
