There was roadwork…so hard to access, but rooms were clean. Bed was slightly wallowed, but lots of pillows and most importantly, CLEAN. Breakfast was actually good at this one.

Check in was told I had to pay deposit yes it was refunded but 150 was a little much. Then was told the cable was out it didn’t come back on till 3am the next morning. The only good thing was the pool it wasn’t crowded and my daughter made friend.

The beds were comfortable. Parking lot was behind the hotel and very small. Our room did not get cleaned during our stay and even though we filled out a service tag for clean towels we did not receive fresh clean towels during our stay either. Nice place just no cleaning services during your stay.

Do not stay here. We stayed on night passing through and in our first room there were ants and another kind of bug both found in our bed. I took pictures to the front desk so we could get a different room. The gentleman working made it seem like an inconvenience but gave us a room across the hall. While the bed was fine- there was a dirty towel and washer found in the “new” room. I reported this to the front desk as we were checking out but again was not acted on. Since we booked through Expedia, they worked to help resolve our complaints as well but this hotel and management clearly don’t care about its customers. Find someplace else clean and hospitable.

Upon arrival there were guest standing outside the front entrance smoking weed. Desk clerk looked like he was probably stoned as well. Room was on ground floor by pool and was so uncomfortably hot and muggy. There was so much moisture in the room the clean towels were wet when we arrived. The ac would blow then turn off so room was hot all night. Guest on floor above were loud and partying through 3am. When i tried to call to complain no one would answer the front desk phone. No breakfast left at 930am and the entire lobby & breklakfast area reaked of weed. I know there was a family reunion but its totally unacceptable for a place for families with children smell like a dispensary. I just wanted a good night sleep after driving 16 hrs and this was NOT the place to stop.
