Great Hotel with Very Friendly Staff
Great hotel with very friendly staff. It was very nice that it offered a bus that goes directly into Manhattan for less than $10 round trip. The one and only thing I would recommend to the hotel is getting rid of the newspaper they offer. The Epoch Times is a very dangerous media outlet that spreads lies and disinformation. I'm sure there are other options for newspapers, and this is such a great hotel.

The only issue is there were 3 of us. Two adults and one child. We had a sofa bed in the room but we had to call down for pillows and blankets for it. Also not enough towels for 3 people.

Bitter experience with rude staff
I would have rated it much higher if not for the rude and inept front staff. The room was clean and comfortable and the location of the hotel is convenient. The common doors separating adjacent rooms are however not noise proof and we were woken every day at 5:30 am by crying kids and shouting parents in the next room. Although I am not complaining about the struggles of being a parent, a hotel should try to at least acknowledge a guest's concerns. Instead I faced an extremely impertinent front desk staff when I called to explain my concerns on the morning of our check-out date. I tried explaining my situation with a complaint about the lack of sound proofing in the common door. Not only did he not acknowledge my concerns, he hung up on me. I called up again asking for his name to file a complaint with the manager. He went ahead with hanging up the call again. While checking out later that morning, I asked for the manager to formally complaint about the person. The manager seemed quite reluctant and indolent and made some cursory remarks, typically heard over calls with customer support, without even a hint of apology even the front desk staff was still there. Be prepared to face an indifferent and rude staff if you choose to stay here.
