My friends and I enjoyed our weeklong stay in this hotel. Everything was accessible; lots of options for dining and shopping. Staff was amazing. Friendly and very efficient. We appreciate coming to our hotel room all done up everyday. Room was a bit cramped for 6 people but it is New York so was kinda expecting the smaller rooms. Overall, it was a lovely stay and had the amenities we needed!

Everything was overall great. Had two rooms because large family. One shower had no water pressure at all and the other shower would not drain the water. Other than that it was just what we needed!!

We had an all night flight and couldn’t check into the hotel until 3:00. They let us check in early though and we were able to have a nice breakfast as well as we got there when they were serving it. We had nice beds to sleep in that morning. It was awesome and perfect!

I wasn't too happy with the staff member when I arrived as I know I was early by 5hrs for check in, but I had asked twice about early check in. Both times she said there was no rooms available, that maybe after 12pm and then I followed up and it still was a NO, but it seemed with attitude as she then said the hotel has "x" amount of rooms and the staff of "x" amount of people have to clean all these rooms before they can be made available. She came off very rude to me and since my group of 12 was in the lobby from 10am, it was upsetting she started to check in people around 2:30pm who were just showing up. After I noticed 3 parties checked in I walked up to her and asked if I was able to check in and she said, sure, have your party come up to check in for your rooms. To me, if I was there in the lobby in front of you for 4.5hrs while asking you 2-3 times during that time if any rooms opened up for early check in ($75) charge, you wouldn't let me know sitting across from you I can check in. Outside that with the attitude, the rest of the stay and staff was fine.
