Loved the amazing staff. Rooms with hot tubs and room service were great. Restaurant on site was nice, but more than we were prepared to spend at a restaurant in Japan. We found a couple of nice places in the nearby town where we enjoyed more traditional Japanese-style meals/ambiance. Overall we were very happy with our stay here. But again, hands down the staff was superb.

The hotel itself is really good. We did enjoy our stay. However, people need to be aware that closest convenience store is around 4.4kms. Unless you drive then you eat food from the hotel service :)

Loved my king bed room with big windows facing Mt Fuji with a private onsen. Rooms are new and buffet breakfast has a wide selection with floor to ceiling windows. Overnight stay didn’t allow us to explore Laforet complex.

Comfortable staying for athletical family.
Very cozy and quiet place to stay. My family loves Onsen and onsen swimming pool both. The room is large enough to stay with two children using Futon sets. We also used the gym in La Foret and we enjoyed playing free basketball, badminton, ping-pong, and volleyball !

The hotel is pretty good and in a peaceful area surrounded by nature. Super clean and with a professional but friendly staff. We had a little problem when we entered our room, as we found two cockroaches running around, but in five minutes they upgraded to a better room. Dinner was nice, too!

A nice stay but the free bottles of water in the room were ignored from the day of checking in and even the next day room refreshed while we had to remind two times. However, it’s a nice place to stay, and the staffs were so kindly and helpful. We stayed 3 nights. It’s suitable for self driving trip as the hotel is up on a hillside and have car parking place.

The facility is great. It's new, clean and the service is excellent. However the location of this hotel is very remote. You need a car or need to take a shuttle from the train station. There is absolutely nothing around the hotel. There is one restaurant in the hotel, the food is mediocre and a bit over priced.
