This hotel is updated and has nice amenities. In 2024, if a hotel hasn't kept up with their competition, we all lose. This hotel didn't disappoint. Decent breakfast.

Everything was clean, the amenities were open 24 hrs which was so convenient. The property is in a great location close to shopping, dining and entertainment. We will definitely stay again.

Check-In was supposed to be at 3 p.m. Showed up around 2:40 and were told we needed to wait until three p.m. which was fully understandable. Went to the store and returned at 3:10 p.m. and were told our room was not ready. They said it would be about 1/2 hour. We returned again at 3:45, and the room was still not ready. We did not check in until after 4:00 p.m.

The lobby looks new but the stairway and elevator smell really bad. Mattress is extremely soft and hurt my back so much. The sofa bed is even softer. Some options are available during the breakfast, but the pancake machine was not functioning most of the time. I won't recommend it to anyone.

The stay was very comfortable and loved the 24 hour pool. Disappointed the hottub was broken but overall a great experience. We really enjoyed the later check out time and the hot breakfast.
