It was excellent. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff was very friendly. They had very good breakfast but ran out of breakfast by 9:00am even if it was till 10:00AM. Apart that everything was just perfect.

Nice express hotel. The only concern is the sound isolation of the building is not good. You can hear the sound of walking in hallway and upper floor unit, and especially the shower next to your room.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Idaho Falls/Ammon. My husband and I visit the area frequently and have tried almost every hotel in town. We will continue to stay here in this one in the future. The employees were professional, happy, and had a sense of humor. The place is clean clean clean and updated nicely. Did I mention it was CLEAN?! Very clean! Housekeeping cleaned our room every single day. They changed out the pillowcases, made the bed, and got us fresh towels. At the last 10 hotels we have stayed with the housekeeping never cleaned our room for us during our stay one time. The free breakfast was decent but not great. We were visiting family in town so this wasnt a big deal for us because we went out to eat.

This place is a home run from the instant you walk in. Very friendly staff at check in. The girl who checked us in also gave a tip on some other waterfalls in the area. She was great and welcoming. Didn’t use the pool or fitness but the fact it’s 24 hours is really cool. Room was spacious and very clean. Nice location near shopping and restaurants. Would highly recommend this location.

Clean, Updated Hotel
Great hotel with clean, comfortable rooms. Loved the cookies at check in and we enjoyed the nice sized pool. The only complaint is that we came to breakfast at 9:40 ( breakfast ended at 10). There were only scraps of eggs, no potatoes and I had to ask for cinnamon rolls (which is the #1 reason we stay at HIE) and then ask for the rolls to be heated up. Everything else was great.

This hotel is updated and has nice amenities. In 2024, if a hotel hasn't kept up with their competition, we all lose. This hotel didn't disappoint. Decent breakfast.

Everything was clean, the amenities were open 24 hrs which was so convenient. The property is in a great location close to shopping, dining and entertainment. We will definitely stay again.

Check-In was supposed to be at 3 p.m. Showed up around 2:40 and were told we needed to wait until three p.m. which was fully understandable. Went to the store and returned at 3:10 p.m. and were told our room was not ready. They said it would be about 1/2 hour. We returned again at 3:45, and the room was still not ready. We did not check in until after 4:00 p.m.
