"I stayed at the hotel with 2 colleagues as we were exhibiting at the NEC. The hotel check-in was a dream, very friendly staff who absolutely made you feel welcome. The room was spotless and had everything you needed, I loved the over the bed side table, so useful. The bar staff were friendly and the food was excellent, tasty and very good value for money. The breakfast had everything you could want. The wifi was good throughout the hotel. The only thing I couldn't get to work was the air con, my room was very warm, but I was too tired to really investigate it so I opened the window. There was some road noise (I was in room 104) but it really wasn't that bad and you could not hear the aeroplanes at night. A very enjoyable stay. "

"Bedroom relaxing, beautiful furniture. Well looked after. Nice ale on tap in bars and comfortable seating in bar and restaurant. Deer are in quieter part of grounds and some beautiful trees. (Hiking boots or wellingtons would be useful) A golf course all around the hotel. Lovely choice at breakfast, the hot selection well cooked. Staff are very helpful and pleasant."
