Room was very outdated, not enough room to hang clothes, but was small, had no elevator, bathroom shower was in disrepair, breakfast was the same every day, cold, dry scramble eggs, greasy sausages and [poor selection of morning rolls. The manager was not very unfriendly. All in all I could not recommend this hotel. Not many choices in River Falls, suggest you try a neighboring town. John

The free breakfast was very bad, there was actually moldy bread, very empty at all times and the breakfast area was not busy with others. Rented a roll away bed and could not sleep on it because the mattress was so bad that it was like sleeping with no mattress. Otherwise, everything else had no complaints to it

We travel often for hockey so we see lots of 'affordable' hotels. - this hotel was disappointing. Badly in need of an update - our room had no blow dryer and the front desk had none to loan out. The worst element was the breakfast. Cold, powdered eggs and undercooked sausages. Coffee was like brown water and the pots were always empty. Guests had to repeatedly ask for fresh pots to be made. Definitely not worth $150/night (room taxes). There are not many options in River Falls but next time we're here we'll consider the others, or find a better one a bit further away.

The only thing good I can say about this place is that the staff was very helpful when we needed anything. (They at first put us in the wrong room and were very good about getting us switched to the correct room, but Then the pull out bed had fresh blood stains on it, the pool was absolutely disgusting and filthy. It had the under water light hanging in the water with the cords hanging out. The ladder to get out of the pool was broke. The floors in the pool area were disgusting. There was spiders crawling on the handicap seat to get in the pool. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough. We were supposed to stay 2 nights and left the next day.

The room was clean. The staff was fine. The "full" and reeking cafeteria and concession garbage cans had not been changed in my two day stay. Expecting it to be emptied, I failed to prompt the staff. Breakfast was the smallest spread I ever woke up too. Opting for the refrigerated was no better. Bottom of items were sticky! When I checked out, it was 6 odd dollars more than "YOU PAY THIS" from a major, .COM

Easy to find Front desk was deserted. Had to ring a bell for service. Not reliably responded to No response twice, so we called from our room The fire alarm was missing. Wires were dangling from the ceiling Bulbs out in the bathroom TV was not easy to use.
