I stayed here because my friend lives near by. So happy with my decision. Room was clean and comfortable and check in was super easy. They have a complete breakfast each morning which is awesome. Mostly I loved that when I came back late at night, I saw a night security person walking the parking lot and it made me feel safe.

We enjoyed our stay. We wanted to extend our stay by one more night but because we had booked the way we did, we were told that we had to check out and check back in again. Evidently there two of these hotels with a very similar name. I chose wrong one and had to pack up and move across town to the "other" hotel.

Overall an amazing stay! Room was very clean. Staff was helpful and nice. The only downside (not even a bad one) was the water didn’t seem to get that warm when showering. Overall though would stay again!

It’s a nice enough place. Clean and modern. But the shower was very slippery. They do give you one of those mats and all, but it’s small and it’s 2024, why is anyone making slippery showers in the first place?!!! Would have been nicer if they had an actual restaurant with room service too. Also i found out Hyatt is a Pepsi hotel, I wish I had known before I booked. Definitely won’t be staying in a Hyatt again.
