Is okay hotel, indoor pool was closed and can hear noise upstairs. Lots of security cams around which is good to avoid any vandalism.

They said there was a hot tub and pool, which they no longer have because it’s caving in so I was highly disappointed. That’s the main reason I picked that hotel inside the rooms or clean and staff was courteous and helpful.

The place is old, needs to be renewed. You can hear every door slam at night. I dont understand how people can be so inconsiderent. They get back to their room late at night and just let the door slam behind them. The pillows are horrible, they gave me a headache and the beds are full, not queens.

Jay the property manager is exceptional at his position. He makes you feel welcome immediately and continues to make you feel like family with every visit afterwards. Although my position has me moving to different schools no longer in Katy, I will definitely return here should anything change
