"The front desk/ office staff was so welcoming. They answered every question I had kindly. The room was clean and neat. Being handicapped, I loved the handicap shower bars and bath mat. It is located close to the Fairbanks Memorial Hospital which was just perfect for me because that’s the reason I was in Fairbanks. "

"This little gem is central to almost everything in Fairbanks. All of our plans were within 10 minutes. While close to the city, it is tucked in a little pocket of trees, so we woke up everyday to a pretty snow covered vista that felt like we were far away. The staff was friendly, the breakfast delicious, and the pool clean. The room with the hot tub was spacious with a very comfortable bed. We would definitely stay again if in Fairbanks!"

"The location is a bit strange above a grocery store on a back street but the apartment is fine after you get past the bad first impression. It’s one floor up. No elevator. Assigned parking spot. "
