Toilet had a ring in it and kept running, bathtub was dirty with yellow marks, tiles were broken, carpet was stained, bed was hard and uncomfortable, charged $50 pet fee and person at the counter acted like she didn’t care that it wasn’t disclosed when reservation was made also allowed personal friend to keep interrupting the check in process which is unprofessional, overall a horrible experience. Was only there for one night so made due.

My room was large and comfortable. The bed was great. Breakfast was superior. In my room: the sofa was frayed, the heat/AC blows up under the curtains and not directly into the room. Worst: the toilet measured 15” from floor to top of seat. I am a tall woman who 6 months ago had a hip replacement surgery and have had total knee replacement. I do not require an accessible room. But the toilet required me to squat beyond my physical ability. These toilets shd be replaced with taller ones.

The hotel was over priced for the type of hotel. Bathroom was disgusting with brown rings around toilet. Would not recommend for the price. No elevator only stairs.

Disgusting bathtubs and carpet. Looked at 5 rooms to find in the least offensive room. Tia at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful in getting a room that we could stomach for one night.

The person who checked us in was very friendly and helpful. It's a 2 star hotel so some dings and scratches are expected. Walls, doors, carpet were in rough shape. The toilet and bathtub had not been cleaned. The freezer in the mini fridge was way overdue to be defrosted which meant we couldn't try to refreeze the ice packs for our cooler. Would not stay again.

A very nicely kept hotel, the rooms are large and it was very affordable. I felt safe in the parking lot, which is a big deal for a woman traveling alone. Very nice and helpful staff.

Nasty room and no help from front desk
The bathtub was nasty and had pieces of coffee cup pushed into the drain handle to hold it open so water would drain. The tub itself had patches of white silicone on it that was flaking off. The nasty white silicone was all over our feet and we ended up putting a towel in the bathtub. We complained to the desk and got a run around.
