So, the walls were either super thin or our neighbor had the tv cranked all night. Pillows need upgrading, bed was ok, the room was clean. It all went downhill when we were at breakfast and the front desk lady had her children with her. She was screaming at them at the top of her lungs, telling them she wasn't going to put up with their s*#@ and on and on. It was one of the most disturbing things I've ever seen. Truthfully I felt she was on the cusp of having been reported to the authorities. The entire breakfast area was full and everyone was mortified. One women went to the breakfast attendant and was pretty much told it was what it was. Nuts.

The hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Convenient to highway and priced right. Rooms showed a little wear and tear, vacuuming could have been a little better, but overall a nice comfortable place to stay.

Heck in was okay. We got up to our room, there was a pizza box left in the room with left over pizza, there were peanuts on the floor in the bathroom. Carpet was old. The carpets in the hall were old and were sprayed with some type of freshener. It was not to a standard of a Hampton Inn

The night staff was a joke. They are the ones that checked me in. They have no respect for their guest. Also, I was there from Monday checking out on Friday. I requested housecleaning to refresh my room every day and they didn’t enter my room once. Every day when I came in, I had to request fresh towels. And a number of times I had to go to the front desk and have them activate my room key. One time I called down to the front test to request fresh towels, and the girl at the front desk was laughing so hard she had to hang up on me.

Initial room smelled AWFUL. Went back down to front desk and was first only offered Febreeze as a "fix" or a king bed that would not accommodate our party. After not agreeing to masking the odor they gave us another room that smelled a little better. Walls are paper thin though and we were sure someone was running back and forth above us for over half an hour. Went to put drinks in the fridge only to find it had not been cleaned and something had been spilled. Carpets are dirty in the hallways. Was surprised by the decent breakfast and remodeled bathrooms. Overall 5/10. Go somewhere else it's worth driving a little down the road.
