This beautiful custom-built home is just 3.8 miles to Main Street in the Hidden Springs neighborhood of Highlands, NC. Nestled in the trees on over an acre of land, you'll love the privacy while enjoying the convenience to town.   This home is perfect for a fun getaway to the mountains with plenty of space and activities for family and friends. You'll enjoy the hot tub on cool evenings  after a challenging hike or a day of shopping.

The spacious great room/dining room features vaulted pine ceilings with exposed beams, an open staircase to the upper level, plus a massive stone wood burning fireplace and custom wood mantle. Stunning Brazilian Cherry flooring flows into the open kitchen with breakfast bar. Stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops accent the kitchen. There is plenty of cabinet space, custom wormy maple to be exact, for storage plus an eat-in dining nook. A truly great space for entertaining!

Access the large screened porch from the great room, where you will find the perfect place to relax, enjoy the quiet surroundings and the beautiful mountain views. Gather around the inviting fire pit in the yard below to warm up on a cool evening or make s'mores with the little ones.

The lower level boasts a game/tv room with ping-pong table, oversized sectional couch and large flat screen tv. There is a king suite with private bath as well as a bunk room with 2 bunk bed sets. The lower level also has a second full bath and access to the lower level deck for easy access to the family fire pit.

There is a king bedroom on the main floor with an ensuite. Downstairs is another king bedroom with ensuite and a bunk room with ensuite. Upstairs are two queen bedrooms across from and next to a bathroom and then a twin bedroom with ensuite.

Cancellation Policy

Policy (A)  for reservations less than 20 days:
A reservation canceled between 0-45 days prior to arrival is not eligible to receive a refund. If more than 45 days notice is given, the renter shall receive a refund of all payments made, less a cancellation fee of 10% of the Total Cost of the Reservation.

Policy (B) for reservations of 20 days or more and reservations made 6 months in advance:
NO refund is given unless the property is re-rented under the same terms (Trip insurance is available and recommended to help protect your trip).
