We were given a room that smelt like cigarette smoke. When I complained about the smoke to the man at the front desk before leaving, he asked me why I had not reported the smoke as soon as I arrived in the room. He was accusing me of causing the smell. I have never been to a hotel where when you make a complaint, you feel like you are the one who is in trouble. Terribly rude front desk staff member ruined our stay on February 9,

Bed was firm, HVAC worked well. Water pressure was only okay, but temperature was good. For some reason our room was not freshened on a multi -night stay so towels were damp, trash can full etc. when we came back after a day's work, not very inviting. Front desk staff very accommodating and professional.

Older property, some updating. Bed was comfy, nice quality linens, quiet for good sleep. Breakfast was ok selection, included warm options. But employees were having fun breakfast together in the buffet room but ignoring all the dirty tables in guest area and no one refreshing the foods so not great.

I absolutely LOVE that they added waffles to their hot breakfast in the mornings. This made my stay wonderful. The staff are always kind and helpful. I have stayed here for personal reasons 6 times in the last year and a half. It has always been good.

On a main thoroughfare so is relatively convenient. Bed is comfortable, room is clean but the overall property is dated. Bathroom had only one bulb in the 3-light fixture and the door would not close as it was installed wrong or belonged to another frame. Ok for one night but not great. You know someone is aware of this.... Breakfast includes hot items, but seemed unstaffed as no one was refreshing coffee etc. Check in and out were efficient, staff was friendly. Good value overall.

Don’t get too comfortable
The hotel rooms are dirty for no reason. There was a paper strip across the toilet seat to indicate it was cleaned. I took a Lysol wipe and cleaned off dirt that was still on the seat. There is mold in several places in the room, primarily the bathroom.
