"We had a great ski vacation at Sugarbush and were pleased with this property. Photos are an accurate description of the unit and the beds were very comfortable. The property is 'ski-in/ski-out but beginner skiers may have trouble navigating the "Out to Lunch" trail, especially if conditions are less than perfect, in which case it's more of a 'long walk in/long walk out' unit. The central Vacasa call center was useless but once the 'local team' was engaged they were fantastic. Abby in particular was super responsive and helpful in getting us extra towels and other supplies when needed. Two areas where the unit can really stand to be improved:1. There is barely any place to store your stuff, particularly if you have more than two people and are staying for more than a weekend. Another 2-3 sets of drawers are needed -- at minimum the owner should stock every closet with sufficient hangers. 2. Hot water seems to be a problem for the whole building. Usually I had to wait 4-5 hours apres ski to shower in order to get hot water. "

"Fantastic location for our family of 4 ski trip. My husband is recovering from an injury and was unable to ski this year but he had a front row seat to the slopes from the bay window in the dining area! The condo was clean and welcoming-We had everything we needed for a short stay."
