This is a beautiful place . The rooms are very clean. Our room was particularly noisy. The small refrigerator was loud and seems we were just above the hotel laundry so early in am the closing of the doors below us was like having jolts waking us. Also although beautiful clean rooms the lighting is very dim. Anyone wishing to do any sort of make up had to hope for the best and shaving was just as difficult.

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the coffee was a significant upgrade from every other Hilton I have ever stayed. The property overall seems like it needs some TLC (cleaning, painting, etc,) Front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The housekeeping staff were overly concerned confrontational when I was 5 minutes past my check out time. They pounded on the door 3 minutes after my check out time. I spent more time going to the door and telling them I was zipping up my suitcase and being scolded than I was “late”.

Convenient to downtown Healdsburg. Renovations are nice. We got a room with a balcony, fireplace & tub, which was quite enjoyable. Downside is paying extra for parking, considering its location out of town, seems odd. We are repeat customers, so that says something.

Nice room. Would have been better with room service and a live fireplace with a better output. Very low flame, so a bit dissatisfied as that is the reason I got the room. $400 is a lot to not receive what the pictures of the room show you. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

The rooms were beautiful and exactly as pictured. The property was beautiful. It was about a one mile walk to downtown. I would have liked a little shorter walk but the property was definitely worth the price.
