correct pour voyage d’affaires de courte durée
Bon service, bonne reception, checkout rapide, assez propre, pas de possibilité d’ouvrir de fenêtre, chambre un peu serré #101, décoration complètement dépassé dans la chambre, déjeuner correct, quand meme un bon choix, les petite saucisses sont bonnes, mais pas les galettes de saucisses, pas mangeable, les reste ok, bon jus de pomme naturel, tranquille, mais le lit est dur, conclusion correct pour un passage de deux jours de travail, mais pas pour des vancances, aurait besoin d’un refresh dans les chambres,

I've stayed at many hotels, even Quality Inn's. The one in Hawkesbury, Ontario was in a class by itself for cleanliness and service. Well done!

Older building, old uncomfortable furniture. Poor breakfast selection. Dirty dining area...look under the tables. Cheap temporary structure in front of main doors is unsightly and people smoke in that area...including staff. Drifts in when doors open. Staff not so friendly..dont acknowledge or greet you like in most hotels. Overall disappointing stay.

We stayed here for 3 nights because there is nowhere else in the area. Won’t be back, we will drive from another town before we stay here. Staff is fine, hotel is old and the room is dirty. sheets stained, bathroom floor was dirty with piles of dirt in the corners. carpet in room had crud/nail clippings all all over it. dirty/mouldy grout in tub, layers of dust shows that it doesn’t get properly vaccumed or cleaned. We ended up going and buying a few blankets from Walmart so we didn’t have to use the gross ones there. Also, for some reason the mirror is stuck in a corner so you can’t use it. We had an event to go to and it was difficult because the mirror was unuseable and the room is so dark that you can’t see what you look like anyway. Light by the bed didn’t work either. Pool was dirty and the “hot” tub was warm at best.

A big mistake
The worst night spent in a hotel ever. Lost power around 9pm plunged into darkness. No heat. Could hear every step (running) upstairs. People’s conversations carried through walls and ceiling. Future visits to Hawkesbury will not include this property and won’t be booked through Hotels.com.

Clean but Dated
Very clean and staff were warm and helpful but the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine and the heating system was pretty noisy too. I found the room cold. Breakfast was good.

Dirty hotel
Our room was dirty, floors were dirty. beds were not made the same. The mini fridge had stuff spilled in it. I would drive a little further to stay somewhere else. No elevator, just a service elevator. The flooring in the service elevator was coming apart. Building needs some renovations.
