The Dona Isabel is a small and family run hotel. Communication with the owner was good and she had helpful advice. The property is clean,.safe.and centrally located in Old Havana. We had a shared family room with ensuite bathroom.Breakfast is served out on the patio and was very lovely.

Bonita casa menos de diez minutos caminando del Capitolio. Limpia, con wifi gratis y desayuno incluído. Sin cortes de luz. A tener en cuenta que hay que comprarse el agua en tiendas que encontraréis cerca. No es accesible para silla de ruedas ya que no hay ascensor. Nos recomendaron el restaurante Teniente Rey 360 muy cerquita y muy rico. ¡Recomendada!

Great location, walking distance to the main tourist attractions. We were a little worried about the noise when we arrived as a lot was happening outside, but the rooms are at the back of the house and very quiet. Breakfast was included and it was amazing. Melisa was waiting for us in the house, she gave us great advice about drinking water, money and nearby restaurants.

Outstanding value. Be aware that this property is located in the heart of the decay in Havana, and a general, in Cuba. There's garbage on the street, dog poop all over the place, the smell of urine at every corner, it's like a war zone with a mix of smiling , sad,and neutral, local faces walking around

Excellent choice for a casa particular in Havana!
This lovely casa is well situated in Old Havana. The hosts do everything they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The room is spacious, comfortable bed, hot shower, and a great breakfast. Strongly recommend for any one looking for a more unique stay than a hotel. It’s the best way to enjoy this beautiful city!

We loved our stay at this property. You are in one of the beautiful, old buildings right in the center of Havana. Gisele and Patricia are wonderful! The apartment is lovely, with a sitting area and balcony on the street. Highly recommend the breakfasts: great local fruits, eggs, fresh juices, jams. You can book trips, taxis, exchange money, get recommendations from Gisele. This is a highly convenient option since often it is hard to figure out on the street. We definitely recommend this property. We will be back, we very much enjoyed our stay in Havana, Cuba!

The free breakfast was great and the staff very pleasant. But like most houses in Havana it is run down and up a very steep flight of steps to get to your room. The neigh borhood is noisy and not very clean but very close to all the good things going on in Havana. I am now in Veradero a suburban part of Havana and much less interesting.
