Had request hand soap from housekeeping, which they quickly provided. No coffee maker, soda machine didn't work and no convenience store to pick up any snacks. Restaurant/ food establishments were lacking, but very costly for a casino. Can't recommend the casino over a nice hotel in the area.

Did not like that you had to be 21 or older to enter the pool, as well as no outside drinks (soft drinks) even from the property restaurants. Pool closed at 7pm and after that you have to pay. No refrigerator, microwave or coffee pot in room. That’s so you will have to go back to restaurants and BUY their coffee and more food.

check in was a problem in that rooms weren't ready and too many people waiting with too little seating available. I understand st aff was short and probably overwhelmed, but seemed to be indifferent to problems of those waiting. Check out was extremely easy and clerk was very friendly and helpful.

I give 5 stars because, as always, my stay was very nice. Check in was so easy! As well as check out. The only issue I had was trying to find a vending machine that worked. My room was on the 23rd floor, that vending machine wasn’t even plugged in. I tried the floor below and it was sold out. Then tried floors 21 thru 19. Those would not accept dollar bills nor quarters. I gave up trying to find one and went down to the pub styled restaurant. Their bottled drinks were a dollar more than a vending machine, ugh. I did let the lady at the front desk know and she wrote it down.

I'm giving this hotel an Average rating for 2 reasons. There is no coffee pot in the room and no place other than one of the restaurants or casino floor to get any plus there's no microwave in the room either. In 2024, I can't imagine anyplace operating like this. Other than that, the room was clean, we had a very quiet stay and I WOULD stay here again. I'll bring my own coffee pot!
