The parking company manager was either lying or just incompetent when telling me that it was a necessary normal processing charge. I was already charged the processing fee of $1.50 when I paid for the service. Parking manager said they’d refund. It’s not about the $2. It’s the principal. Hotel was great. Parking company not so much. "
