"We came for a leisurely trip. The checkin was super fast and easy. Everything was really good. Our neighbors were very loud, but that is not the hotels fault. The free breakfast was a huge plus. "

"The property is beautiful, and staff is top tier, however: my daughter had a bag of souvenirs come up missing from our room. Over $200 worth, which really made her angry. When she spoke to staff about, she was told that she would be refunded the cost of her loss in our room cost. No such refund took place. No word about it from the property, which really left her feeling a bit violated. Our belongings should be safe in our room, without having to worry that housekeeping would just toss it away without a second thought. Left us feeling not so great about a holiday we had planned for months in advance. Except for that big problem, I honestly have no complaints. At over $800 a night, my family should feel safer than this. "
