"Even though I reserved the property a month in advance the day we were supposed to check I had not received any instructions from the property manager. After calling, because he did not respond to any messages, I was able to reach him and get instructions few minutes later. Outside is not visual appealing and next to an abandon property; and inside was worse: dirty floors, mold in the windowsill, poor plaster patch work not painted, water stain marks on the ceiling, non-working bathroom lights. We did not stay and are still waiting for the property manager to start the refund process at least VRBO appears to have taken the listing down but they haven't reached out to me at allmabout a refund to rectify the problem at all either. Definitely a damper of an experience to what was my brother's wedding weekend."
