Terrible room. Hard mattress, tiny bathroom about .5 wide x 1.5 long including shower. Horrible window out to ugly drive. No powerpoints by beds. Also had access to reserved carpark blocked for 30 minutes on arrival by laundry van. No amenities.

Big room nice warm showers. Smelly odour from the loo needs a bit of dioudriser down it . Could be the plumbing. More shelving in the bathroom to put stuf cosmetics amenitirs etc and not sound proof enough

Room wasn’t as modern as other hotels I’ve stayed at, it did have like a damp smell to it though was ok for the price I paid. A lot of homeless and drunks out on the street though it’s most likely due to the Skycity casino being across the road and a few bars. Apart from that, the staff were nice and welcoming, and bed was comfortable.

Great central location, close to the mall, SkyCity Casino, restaurants, and bars. Our stay was nice, though some nights there were loud noises from homeless people outside. They kept to themselves and didn’t bother us. Parking was a challenge – Ramada’s parking was full, and the free lot was cramped. We opted for SkyCity’s secure underground parking for $28 per day. Room had a slight damp smell but was otherwise fine.

I think I had the last room available in the hotel, and the room was fine, but it did look out to a wall and a few windows and if I had been a slightly bigger person I would have really struggled to sit on the toilet. Unfortunately, having the window open just allowed the smell of the restaurants around in. That said, it was a cheap, last minute booking and was fine for my very short-term needs.

The check in guy was very blasé with responses to questions about the parking and laundry facilities. He gave us coins for the machines, but told us the incorrect cost, hence we needed to return for more change. The breakfast was the poorest of any breakfast we have had on this trip. I had to call the lady to inform her that there was no bacon in the tray. This was with an hour left for breakfast dining, and with only one other customer eating there. They did not pay any attention to detail. I would never stay there again,
