The hot springs were a highlight, with Trang and the rest of the recreation staff providing informative guidance and support during pool and zipline activities. Having breakfast at Madam Chau Restaurant was another high point, with the restaurant staff going above and beyond to provide a welcoming and delightful experience. The reception staff was always attentive and responsive whenever we dialed 0, making sure our requests were promptly addressed. Housekeeping also did an exceptional job, maintaining the cleanliness of our room with great attention to detail. Self-parking was convenient, and the attentive staff at the parking lot were incredibly helpful, even offering umbrellas on rainy days to ensure we stayed dry. The onsen spa experience was remarkable, with skilled staff providing exceptional face and foot massages that left us relaxed and rejuvenated. Additionally, the buggy and bell services were both supportive and efficient, making it easy for us to navigate the resort comfortably. Thank you for making our family vacation memorable"

"The hotel is considered one of two of the best hotels in Dong Ha. The staff were professional and a treat to deal with. I stayed here for three nights and enjoyed the location, nearby is the Dong Ha market and next to that is the Coop store (stocked with things I needed and they also have a Jolibees). I don't eat breakfast because of my health so I cannot comment on the included meal. My bathroom had a bathtub, flipflops are on offer, and I even had a ceramic tea pot with cups and saucers. For the total cost, I would gladly stay again. Oh, each night they leave a plate of fruit in each room. Never got to try the pool."

"Absolutely perfect. The property was stunning. All finished are high end and wonderfully designed. Large rooms, comfortable bed, fantastic shower. Great communal areas. Incredible rooftop. The service ladies during the day were so lovely and helpful, we communicated via google translate. Also security guard was at the property all night. The area is about a three to five minute drive from central, more residential but at least away from the buzzing scooter noise. Lots of nice walking paths around the canal and river. Would suit couples. "
