"Beautiful hotel and convenient location. Room had sea view. The property is well kept and maintained. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service.
The breakfast buffet had excellent food selections to choose from but pricy. The only thing I would recommend improving on were the quality and tastes of the dinner dishes. The seafood was not fresh as I expected from a seaside town and the steak and pepper sauce were cold. The tastes needs to justify for the price. I would recommend grabbing dinner elsewhere.
Overall, I recommend this hotel for the stay in Ha Long Bay!"
