If you’re looking for quiet and relaxed this is the resort for you. It’s not party spot at all and they don’t have a time of entertainment. If you just want beach time, solitude, nice family time then you will enjoy as I did. I took advantage of spa services and was pleased with the experience. All the staff are hospitable and seem genuine in their concern that you enjoy your time with them. Ryan went out of his way as well as Ashanti both to get us tours and experiences we wanted. Ether was always pleasant to chat with while getting out custom omelets! The staff made the stay so much more enjoyable. The rooms also clean and room service daily was an unexpected and thoroughly enjoyable perk to our stay. Great water pressure and temp and beds were comfortable. Only complaint about facility would be to add A/C in hallways and common areas, add large fans in dining area to help make things more comfortable. The locals are used to the humidity, but that was the hardest for me to tolerate during the stay. Otherwise great experience!

Room was comfortable, nice view and great location… but shower was a disgrace, impossible to regulate warm water during whole stay and the jet stream was very weak… Also it happened that being the last person to leave the beach I left a tank top by the guest shower and it never appeared at lost and found, this was frustrating… Other frustration was parking, most cars that were parked at the premises belonged to hotel workers and service providers so I had to leave the keys to the parking person, which as a guest it meant I didn’t have parking priority… risking any damage to my car rental… As for the service in general I have to say that it was great, the hotel staff was superb , very friendly and helpful, and in general food was good….

The property is ok. Before booking, I didn’t know that the property was split in half. 1/2 of the resort is on one side of the street and then you have to cross the street to get to the other side. I’ve stayed at all inclusive resorts before but this one was pretty limited. There are only officially 2 restaurants to eat at that require reservations for dinner and the service is slow. There isn’t a wide variety of food options. The breakfast buffet was pretty much the same each day and so was lunch. The dining area closed between breakfast, lunch and dinner which only left you to get a sandwich from a coffee shop. The staff was ok. I didn’t enjoy always having to give my room number for any services like getting breakfast and lunch. Upon arriving I was given vouchers for the spa but at the spa I was not able to use them. They said they were completely booked and didn’t leave any space for people with vouchers to access the spa. I saw many of the same people back and forth to the spa and multiple days but never was able to use my voucher. The main lady at the front desk of the spa was rude as well. She gave off an attitude to people trying to use the voucher that was given to them. The location of the spa is right off the road so you can hear cars driving by from your room. The half of the spa across the street I felt was always unattended. I felt like anyone walking off the street could just come in while the main side always had someone at the entrance. The beach was nice.

The hotel staff is great!! The property is a bit older and needing some refresh which Marriott is working on with the opening of the the Spa and Adult Pool. The main hotel needs a refresh now.

This was a wonderful birthday getaway in a boutique-style hotel and Spa. Spa services were performed in the suites as the hotel is undergoing renovation - be sure to enjoy the salt scrub and back massage! The pool was still available at the main building. Dining available at Seascapes restaurant or if you're interested in eating at one of their sister hotels, you may take a water taxi to Tamarind or Crystal Cove. Kyma Café is a great spot for a quick bite, or if you are feeling "snackish" overnight. Note, dinner reservations are required irrespective of site and request a copy of the water taxi schedule (or take a picture). If you are looking to explore local eats and excursions, or activities available on the premises, then Kevin is your man! The staff are like a family - welcoming and inviting, and we shared soooo many laughs! We are grateful for all who contributed to a great stay - Ryan, Kevin, Tiara, Ms. Beverly, Debbie, Rhia & Janisa, Ms. Cheryl and Oliver, Derek, Stefan, Daron, Sabrina, Christina, Sariah, Akeil, Jabaar, Kemal, Tanisha, Keshia and Kim, even the lovely Jennifer (yoga instructor).
