"This was a great spot to stay with friends, with great separate living areas and a great central living room to gather. The location is minutes from downtown Guilford and was very convenient to do and see everything. I would not recommend bringing small children because there is so much beautiful artwork all around the house, but it’s a beautiful retreat for older kids/teens and adults! "

"Tuttles Point is a hidden gem of a neighborhood. I spent my summers as a child in this neighborhood, and I wanted to share my love for this area with my family. This cottage was perfect for what we needed. The view is beautiful and there is so much character in the home that you forget that you might be missing some of our modern comforts. My children loved the rocks out back, the beaches and all the activities in close proximity to this home. If you’re looking for a place to disconnect m, this is your place.while you’re here, be sure to visit “The Place” for dinner; it’s a one of a kind experience and fun for the whole family. We’ll be back!"

When we arrived at your home, we were very pleased with the location, surrounding neighborhood, the town the house was located, and the house itself. We were very comfortable and felt as if all our amenities were met. We really enjoyed walking to Jacob’s Beach—such a pretty place. We will definitely stay at this home again. "
